What is best way to update the Geographic Hierarchies?

Hello,

I have attached a list of US cities and states. It was surprising to see only 10% of them matched with the cities in the library. Is there an easy way to update the libraries with these cities? I read in the scn forum that libraries only have the cities with population more than 100K.
