Error with Windows AD authentication

I am running into error while trying to login to BI Platform using Windows AD.

Here is the background information

1. Lumira Version - 1.15

2. BO version - BI Platform 4.1 SP2 Patch 2

3. location of - bscLogin.conf  and/or krb5.ini on BO Server is under C:\Windows Folder

4. Log file is attached (1782007 - SAP Lumira desktop 1.0: How to trace the application using native BO_Trace.ini logs)

Any help would be appreciated.
