Restrict Publication functionnality

Hello,

With Lumira, users are able to publish and share their documents on Lumira Cloud or Lumira Server.

But is there a solution to restrict this functionality ? I would like to disable the publication on Lumira Cloud to enforce users to publish on Lumira Server.

I think I can use the firewall to forbid Lumira cloud access. But if I can manage an user-right and globaly apply this restriction, it could be better...
