Unable to publish documents from Lumira desktop to Lumira Server

Hi,

I am facing an error with Lumira version 1.25, Lumira Server is installed in HANA SP09. From Share room in Lumira desktop, when when I try to login to Lumira server to publish a document, I see below message logged in the error section. It doesn't let me login from to Lumira Server.

SSO is enabled in the Lumira server. I get the same error whether I try to login using SSO or not using SSO.

This is the exact error which is shown from Lumira desktop while logn in -

User profile cannot be retrieved from SAP Lumira™ Server. (HDB 11021)A JSONObject text must begin with '{' at 4 [character 1 line 4]
