Universe Query Panel Error

Hi,

I'm trying to connect to a universe via the query panel and have been receiving this error:

"cannot retrieve list of universes: while trying to invoke method java.util.list.size() of a null object loaded from local variable 'univPath' "

I've never seen this error and hope someone else has and can provide some insight and help.

I'm currently using 1.28 desktop version.
