Impossible to start Lumira on Windows 7 SP1 - 4GB

At a customer - Always ends with en error splash screeen - Timeout

I have already tried all suggestions in thread :

Lumira not loading in Windows 7

Maybe some problem with the Antivirus...?

Anyone else had this issue?
